In United States survey of customer satisfaction for personal computers convincingly the best grades has Apple.The grade of satisfaction greater than 80% has Apple; Gateway satisfied 66% of users, followed by HP, Compaq and Dell. Gateway is the only manufacturer of computers based onWindows, with more than 65% of satisfied users, which for Forrester evaluation said "Ok", while more than 80% of satisfied users Apple said "Good"...........
